You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and legal bases required to upload and use your content. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, confidential without authorization, or otherwise restricted.

You may not use the service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property or publicity rights, exploits minors, facilitates violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, malware, spam, or attempts to bypass service security or abuse shared compute resources.

4. Service Output

As between you and Appninja, you own the specific outputs you create through the service, subject to third-party rights in the source materials you provided and any applicable law.

5. Billing and Service Credits

You agree to pay applicable fees based on usage or plan terms shown at purchase time. We offer a no-questions-asked refund policy for subscription fees from the current month and the prior month.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. You may stop using the service at any time. We may delete inactive or terminated accounts and associated content after a reasonable retention period.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output results, or suitability for regulated or high-risk uses. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted or when otherwise communicated to you. Your continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
